Let's try this again

Ok. I'll admit it. This is probably the fourth (maybe fifth?) time I've started a blog.

I really will regularly post this time. No really. I will.

I regularly read quite a few blogs. They are usually focused on a single topic -- food, music, television, knitting, etc. These blogs build up a dedicated readership of folks interested in those specific topics. It seems like the right strategy, but I'm not going to follow it. My interests are diverse, so my posts will be too. This probably means I won't have any followers, and I'll never be a blogosphere rockstar. (The odds of that happening were so small as to be on the atomic level anyway.)
